Advantages and Disadvantages of Metatrader 5

Metatrader 5 (MT5) is new software financial trading, that will replace Metatrader 4 which is the most populer financial trading platform for Forex, CFD and brokers from MetaQuotes. But Metatrader 5 still in public testing. So it needs review of Advantages and Disadvantages of Metatrader 5.

Advantages:

1. Have feature Watch Market, that can see the market depth. This is so important because it can avoid low volume trading.
2. Clasification execution command to be 4 type: Market, Instant, Request and Exchange. This classification would be make easier, because it’s appropriate with trader’s needed.
3. The expert advisor never stored the result of calculation on the hardisk, this is to protected if somebody want to play trick.
4. MT5 is flexible and realiable trading tools, not only for advance traders but also beginner traders
5. Have security and encryption feature

Disadvantages

1. Hedging is disable, this is the most disadvantages of MT5 , because it’s the great risk management
2. All expert advisor tools are connected to MT 4, so if we want to use MT 5 , we have to be coded it again, and it’s not ease project
3. MT5 is develop by scratch and not based on MT4, it means possible to have many bugs
4. Now, MT5 still in public test, and will be develop again after get feedback from tester.
